I think what our dear brother Radioman2 is saying that many modern translations are valid and are helping people understand and read the Bible that are not familiar with thee, thy, thou, all the other antiquated words of KJV.
It is the “KJV only” people that want to argue semantics to rebut their charges many times takes the knowledge of Greek and Hebrew to show them that the modern translations are very faithful to the original manuscripts.
